A: You can start enjoying the benefits of the Smile Club immediately upon joining, including worldwide dental emergency cover. However, you must have paid into the plan for at least three months before claiming any benefits related to hygiene appointments, dental examinations, or treatment discounts. This ensures that you’re fully covered and ready to make the most of your membership.
A: No! We welcome patients from any clinic to become members of the Banning Smile Club.
A: Your monthly payment will be set up as a direct debit from your chosen bank account.
A: You are free to choose whichever Banning Dental Group clinic is most convenient for you when you book your appointments.
A: Any additional treatments have their own cost, but members benefit from huge savings according to the discounts offered by their plan.
A: No! Banning Smile Club operates differently to Dental Insurance. Our membership is not based on either health or financial eligibility and is open to all.
A: There is a minimum commitment of 3 months. If you’d like to cancel after this time, please contact us and any subsequent payments will be suspended.
A: Yes! In fact, we have a Smile Club plan especially for children. As soon as one parent signs up for a Banning Smile Club membership, you become eligible to add a children’s plan, so all the family can benefit from year-round dental care.
