Frequently asked questions

A: Your Smile Club benefits begin as soon as you join, depending on the plan you choose. On maintenance plans, annual routine exams and hygiene visits are available to book after 3 months of membership and should be booked within your 12-month membership period. To ensure you get the most out of your plan, please attend appointments as scheduled. If you fail to attend or cancel with insufficient notice, that appointment may be forfeited and cannot be rebooked.
A: Not at all. Smile Club is open to everyone. You’re welcome to join at any Banning Dental Group practice, even if it’s your first time visiting us.
A: Your membership is paid monthly via Direct Debit from your chosen account. There’s a minimum commitment of 12 months from the day you join, to ensure you receive uninterrupted access to the benefits of the plan.
A: Any treatment not included in your Smile Club membership will be chargeable at our standard rates, but as a member you benefit from exclusive discounts on a wide range of services, as outlined in your plan.
A: Yes! Smile Club isn’t an insurance policy. There are no health checks or financial eligibility requirements, just a commitment to looking after your oral health. Everyone is welcome.
A: Smile Club is subject to an initial 12-month minimum term. After that, your membership continues on a rolling monthly basis. If you cancel before the initial period ends and you’ve already accessed treatments or discounts, the difference will need to be repaid at our standard private rates. Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative in the event of cancellation.
A: Yes, absolutely. Once a parent is a member, children can be added to our dedicated children’s plan, making it easier to keep the whole family smiling year-round.
